You can manage your mobile or web subscription to Papumba by following the instructions below for the platform where you originally purchased Papumba (App Store, Play Store y or Papumba's website).
A) Manage a mobile subscription purchased on iOS (App Store / iTunes):
- On your iPhone or iPad, tap on the Settings icon.
- Make sure that you're signed in with the same account that you have chosen to start/purchase your Papumba subscription.
- Now tap on your User Name.
- Tap on “Subscriptions” and select your active Papumba Subscription.

- If you want to cancel your subscription, follow the steps detailed here.
- If you want to change your current Papumba subscription plan, follow the steps detailed here.
B) Manage a mobile subscription purchased on Android (Google Play Store):
- Tap the Play Store app on your device.
- Make sure that you're signed in with the same account that you have chosen to start/purchase your Papumba subscription.
- Tap on your Profile Icon on the upper right corner.
- Tap “Payments and subscriptions”
Note:
- If you want to cancel your subscription, follow the steps detailed here.
- If you want to change your current Papumba subscription plan on Google Play Store, you will need to cancel your current plan following the steps detailed here, and then, start a new subscription plan.
- Google Play Store allows Users to pause an active subscription. To pause your Papumba Subscription follow these steps: Manage my Subscription> Tap your active Papumba plan> tap on “Pause”> Select the pause period duration > tap on “Confirm”.
C) Manage a web subscription purchased on our website:
- Open Papumba.com on your device.
- Click on “Log In” on the upper right corner.
- Login using the same account that you have chosen to start/purchase your Papumba web subscription.

- If you want to change your current Papumba web subscription plan on papumba.com, you will need to cancel your current plan following the steps detailed here, and then, start a new web subscription plan.
