Ups... we are so sorry to hear that.
There are a few reasons why that might be happening:
A) Your device model or your Operative System (OS) is no longer compatible with Papumba
Please write to hello@papumba.com and send us a screenshot of your device settings. A member of Customer Care Team will jump into action in order to help you understand whether your device is compatible or not.
B) You have run out of free space in your device
Double-check that your device has enough space to download at least 100 to 150MB. You can browse your photo/video gallery and delete those that are no longer relevant to you. Another good idea is to delete apps that you no longer use.
C) I've freed space in my device but it is still not working
