If you wish to cancel your Papumba subscription, there are different ways you can go about it.
You can either cancel the subscription via the app or through the store from where you made the purchase (such as App Store, Play Store or our website).
🤔Things to keep in mind:
- We are unable to cancel your subscription for you.
- Deleting the app from your device is not canceling your subscription.
It's quite easy, just follow the steps that suit your needs the best! ✨
A) Canceling your subscription from the Papumba App
- Open the app on your device.
- Select the adults menu from the upper left side of the screen.
- Pass the numerical test.
- Go to "Account" and then to "Manage my plan."
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" (in red, at the bottom of the screen).
- Tap "Yes, I want to cancel".
- Complete the survey.
- Tap "Take me to the store".
Next, depending on whether you have a mobile or web subscription, you'll be redirected to:
- App Store > Account > Subscription > Select “Papumba” > Tap on “Cancel Subscription”.
- Play Store > Manage Subscription > Tap on “Cancel”.
- Papumba's website > Sign in with the same account that you’ve used to start your Papumba web subscription > Tap on “Click here to cancel your subscription”.
B) Canceling your mobile subscription directly from your device’s store
-On Android (Google Play Store):
- On your Android phone or tablet, tap the Play Store icon.
- At the top right of the screen, tap your Account Profile icon (make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to start/purchase your Papumba subscription).
- Tap on “Payments & Subscriptions” and then “Subscriptions”.
- Tap on the active Papumba subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap “Cancel”.
- Tap on “No Thanks” on the “Pause Subscription Dialogue”.
- Select your cancelation reason, tap on “Continue”.
- In the “Cancel Subscription” dialogue, tap on “Cancel Subscription”.
-On iOS (App Store / iTunes):
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
- Tap your name (make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to start/purchase your Papumba subscription).
- Tap on “Subscriptions” and select your active Papumba Subscription.
- Tap on “Cancel Subscription”.
- A pop dialogue will appear. Tap on “Confirm”.
- Please, note that Apple might request to put in your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID to confirm.
C) Canceling your web subscription directly on the Papumba's website
- Open papumba.com on your device.
- Click on “Log In” in the upper right corner.
- Log in using the same account that you have chosen to start/purchase your Papumba web subscription.
- Under “Your Papumba Account”, tap on “Click here to cancel your subscription”.
- On the cancel your subscription confirmation dialogue, click on “Yes”.
Keep in mind that we'll send you a confirmation email requesting the reasons for your cancelation.
That's it! You've successfully unsubscribed from Papumba!
